Enya Inspire Key Specs Explained
Weight: 7.28 pounds
This weight places the instrument in a standard range for solid-body electric guitars. You will find it manageable for long practice sessions or standing performance. The carbon fiber construction contributes to this mass without adding bulk. Compare this to heavier wooden guitars if you prioritize portability, or lighter models if you plan to travel frequently. The balance affects how the guitar rests on your body during play.
Length: 45.7 inches
The overall length indicates a full-scale design, typical for standard electric guitars. This dimension affects the scale length and string tension, influencing playability and tone. You should consider this when choosing a gig bag or case to ensure a proper fit. It also determines how the instrument fits in small spaces or vehicles. Compare this to shorter scale guitars if you have a smaller stature or prefer lower tension strings.
Built-in 15W Speaker
This feature allows you to practice without an external amplifier or audio interface. The 15-watt output provides sufficient volume for home use or small jam sessions. You can enjoy silent practice through headphones or connect to larger amps via the output jack. This versatility makes it suitable for apartment living or outdoor gigs. Compare this to traditional guitars that require additional gear to produce sound at reasonable volumes.
Carbon Fiber Construction
Aerospace-grade carbon fiber offers high durability and resistance to humidity changes. You will experience consistent playability regardless of environmental conditions, unlike wood which may warp. The material is five times stronger than traditional wood, reducing the risk of damage. This stability benefits players who travel or store instruments in varying climates. Compare this to wooden bodies if you prioritize traditional aesthetics or tonal warmth over modern resilience.
Bluetooth Connectivity
This specification enables wireless control via the ENYA MUSIC App on iOS, Android, Mac, or PC. You can customize 32 presets and adjust tones without cables. Direct USB-C recording is also supported for studio work. This connectivity simplifies your setup by reducing wire clutter. Compare this to traditional guitars that lack digital integration, requiring external pedals or interfaces for similar tonal customization and control.
