Specifications side by side

LyxPro Electric Guitar Models Compared

The LyxPro lineup separates models by size and target audience. The Full Size Electric Guitar with 20W Amp stands at 39 inches. It suits right-handed beginners seeking a standard setup. Its sunburst finish and 16.2-pound weight provide a solid foundation.

Smaller kits target younger players. The 36 Inch 3/4 Size Kids Guitar Kit offers a red finish for those needing a budget option. The 30-Inch Kids Electric Guitar Kit provides a compact 30-inch body. Both red models include essential accessories for young beginners starting their journey.

Where LyxPro Fits Your Needs

LyxPro covers a narrow spectrum of beginner needs. The range spans from 30-inch kits for young children to a 39-inch full-size model for right-handed adults. All listed products target beginners and feature right-handed configurations. You will find red and sunburst finishes across the sizes. The brand does not offer left-handed options or intermediate-grade instruments in this lineup. If you need a smaller 1/2 size or a left-handed setup, LyxPro does not currently provide those specifications. The focus remains strictly on complete starter packages for new players.

How to choose the right one

1. Match size to height

You should select a guitar length that fits your body comfortably. The LyxPro Full Size model measures 39 inches, which suits standard adult frames. If you are a child or smaller player, a 36-inch or 30-inch kit provides better reach. A 30-inch guitar has a height of 30 inches, making it manageable for younger beginners. Choosing the correct size ensures proper posture and reduces strain during practice sessions.

2. Confirm hand orientation

All LyxPro kits in this guide are designed for right-handed players. You must verify this if you are left-handed, as these models are not suitable. The specifications clearly list hand orientation for each product. If you play left-handed, you will need to look for a different brand or a specific left-handed model. Using a right-handed guitar with your left hand requires restringing and setup changes that are not included.

3. Check target audience

These kits are explicitly targeted at beginners. The specifications indicate that all models are designed for new players starting their journey. This means the setup is likely optimized for ease of play rather than advanced tonal complexity. You should look for kits labeled for beginners if you are learning chords and basic scales. Advanced players may find these entry-level specifications insufficient for professional performance needs or complex musical styles.

4. Consider weight for comfort

Weight affects how comfortable the guitar is during long practice sessions. The full-size LyxPro model weighs 16.2 pounds, which is a moderate weight for a solid-body electric guitar. Smaller kits may have different weights, though specific figures are not always listed for every size. You should consider holding the guitar to ensure it does not cause shoulder fatigue. A lighter instrument might be preferable for children or players who practice for extended periods.

5. Select a preferred color

LyxPro offers specific color options for each model in this comparison. The full-size kit features a sunburst finish, while the smaller 36-inch and 30-inch kits are available in red. You should choose a color that appeals to you, as this is the only aesthetic variable listed in the specifications. The finish does not impact the sound or playability of the instrument. Your choice should be based purely on visual preference and personal style.
